A standard CHB concrete fence costs approximately ₱2,500–₱4,500 per linear meter depending on height (1.5m–3m), region, and finish. A typical 50-meter perimeter fence at 2m height costs ₱125,000–₱200,000 including materials and labor.
A standard CHB fence requires: 6" hollow blocks (12.5 pcs per sqm of wall), Portland cement for mortar and footing, 10mm rebar for reinforcement, washed sand, and gravel for the strip footing.
In most Philippine LGUs, fences up to 1.8 meters can be built without a building permit. Fences above 1.8m may require a building permit and structural plan.
